It has become clear that enabling a hybrid solution to facilitate continued remote working post Covid is expected, any reversion to ‘normal times’ would be counterproductive. The elements that make up this new working environment combine technology – UCaaS, CCaaS, AI and analytics, with an equal focus towards culture and the mental wellbeing of employees.
