As we leave behind the most unpredictable of years one thing is certain, the world of business communications has evolved at an accelerated rate. Being catapulted into the world of remote working has given way to the age of the Cloud Business Phone System. As a result of this ‘new normal’ businesses have changed how they interact and communicate with their clients and employees.
The economy will recover faster than expected.
There has been sustained periods of economic growth after previous monetary and fiscal stimuli by Central Banks and Governments. The stimuli to counter the pandemic has far outweighed past economic packages (20% of all the dollars currently in circulation were ’printed’ in 2020!).
How companies interact with customers and employees has changed forever.
Companies will embrace Cloud Business Phone Systems. Customers can choose their preferred method of engagement – phone, chat, video, social, email. Employees will also expect to work remotely and communicate effectively while doing so.
Cloud Business Phone Systems will become ‘The Norm’ in 2021.
In 2007 Nokia were overtaken by Apple and Android. In 2021 traditional business phone system suppliers like Alcatel, Siemens, Cisco will join Panasonic by announcing their withdrawal from the market. They will be overtaken by companies who provide Cloud Business Phone Systems.
Moving to the cloud will be a cost reduction necessity.
Companies will reduce CapeX and OpeX by migrating to cloud SaaS cost structures. 74% of companies now operate some systems in the cloud, MS365 being the lead. More and more will and will move their solutions to the cloud .
